This situation will not occur because the vacuum has already sucked away the garbage/water stains, the brush roller is designed to maintain a self-cleaning state during the cleaning process, this helps to prevent debris from accumulating on the roller and ensures that it continues to effectively clean the floor. The mop only dries the floor instead of dragging the dirt.
For an area larger than 3,000 square meters, will the machine lose its location? What is the maximum area that can be guaranteed not to lose its location?
It will not lose its location, and the SLAM mapping area can reach 10,000 square meters per floor. As long as the machine is not in a completely open space, without any reference objects, it will not lose its location.
"What is the obstacle avoidance capacity of the product? "
The whole machine has up to 13 sensors, including a depth stereo camera module, 4 ultrasonic sensors, a LiDAR sensor, and several line lasers, altogether for a 360° obstacle avoidance. The sensing range is 2cm-40m, and it begins to slow down and avoid obstacles when the distance to the obstacle is between 2cm-1.5m. The action range can be adjusted according to customers’ needs.
Does the charging support a voltage range of 100V-240V?
It supports a voltage range of 90V-240V, meeting the voltage requirements of almost all countries.

What is the frequency of replacement of the consumables?
The replacement frequency depends on the usage of the robot. Usually every 2-3 months some consumables will need replacement.
What kind of elevator can connect with the robot? Or which brand of elevator?
90% of elevator brands are supported. We will need to have more information about the elevator to be confirmed.
Is there an after-sales team? How long is the response time when a problem occurs and is reported?
We have professional domestic and foreign teams worldwide. For overseas sales, we will establish a communication group (including a project manager, product manager, R&D and FAE), and we provide remote training for agents for about 2 hours after the robot is shipped out. After receiving the robot, there will be another 2-hour on-site training.
If there are any problems, we will respond based on priority level, with a response time of 2 hours for severe problems and 8 hours for general problems. We will also provide a manual for common problems, allowing users to fix simple problems on their own.
